DOI2 is the forum to express the expectations of the People. In 1776, the Second Continental Congress met in Philadelphia and decided to declare their independence. In 2008, the American People are meeting here at DOI2 to get it right.

We have made it real simple to add your voice to DOI2:

• Step 1: read the Declaration of Independence Version 2 and offer your comments. If you like what you read, simply add a comment saying YES I support DOI2.
• Step 2: read the Peoples Platform and offer your comments. If you like what you read, simply add a comment saying YES I support the Peoples Platform.
