“When in the course of human events it becomes evident that the basic rights provided to the People by the United States of America are obstructed and that the opinions of the People fall on deaf ears, the People have the innate right to declare the causes which impel them to separation.

We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men and women are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable rights that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness. — That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted for the People deriving their powers from the consent of the People. — That whenever any form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to affect their Safety and Happiness.

Prudence will dictate that Governments long established should not be changed for light and transient causes and accordingly all experience have shown that the People are more likely to suffer while evils are suffered than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed. But when a long train of abuses and neglect establishes a design to reduce them under absolute Governmental control, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new mandates for their future security.
Such has been the patient sufferance of the People of the United States of America and such is now the necessity which constrains them to alter their former systems of Government. The history of past elected officials is a history of repeated injuries and self gratification, to the establishment of an absolute tyranny over the People. To prove this, let facts be submitted to all.

1. The Government has mandated financial requirements and accountability be imposed on private and individual businesses but has not established a true and accurate reporting system designed to inform the People of the Governments business.
   
2. In resolve, we the People mandate that our Government meet the same financial reporting requirements imposed on non Government businesses.
3. The Government has placed itself and its officials above the law they impose upon the People.
4. In resolve, we the People mandate that there be only one rule of law that applies to all and that no Government or its officials shall be treated differently than a citizen of the United States of America.
5. The Government has failed to meet basic obligations as a steward and guardian of the Peoples money and the Government has provided false expectations to the People.
6. In resolve, we the People mandate that our Government be accountable to the People for their actions.
7. The Government has imposed unfair and unjust taxation that treats the Government as the highest and best authority to take money from everyone and distribute to a few.
8. In resolve, we the People mandate our Government return the financial welfare of the People to the People.
9. The Government has imposed rules and regulations to restrict the ability for the People to provide input and direction to govern their own lives.
10. In resolve, we the People mandate that our Government return to the People the ability to have a vote for all acts presented before the Government.
11. The Government has created a destructive environment enabling those with the wealth and relationships to greatly benefit from the taxpaying People of America.
12. In resolve, we the People mandate that our Government treat all People equal regardless of wealth, resume, age, sex, marital status, and religion.

We the People hereby declare these 6 mandates be adopted by Governments of all levels within the United States of America. All forms of Government must work in concert to acknowledge the intelligence and independence of the People.

The Governments of the United States of America will cease all actions intended to subdue the People under rules and regulations that inhibit the basic Freedoms of all Americans. Rules, regulations, laws, acts and other forms of Government control shall no longer be based on the personal beliefs of elected officials and corporate entities for financial gain.

By our signature, we the People declare that the People of the United States of America are, and of right ought to be a Free and Independent People, that they are absolved from all allegiance to a central form of Government; and that as Free and Independent People, we have full power to levy war, conclude peace, contract alliances, establish commerce, and to do all other acts and things which independent People have a right to do. And for the support of this declaration, with a firm reliance on the protection of divine providence, we mutually pledge to each other our Lives, our Fortunes, and our sacred Honor.
